Are you an experienced commercial lender looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Southeast Michigan market? Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients in Southeast Michigan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging your existing book of business.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close commercial loans up to $4MM.
  • Provide exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing support of clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial lending, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding lending goals.
  • An established book of business in Southeast Michigan, with strong relationships in the local market.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and loan structuring.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
